The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will start on 25 May 2018. It aims to strengthen the security and protection of personal data within the EU, replacing the previous European Data Protection Directive and the Swedish Data Protection Act. Much is alike, but the demands on how we as a company can process your personal data is sharpened.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us and this is only for inquiries / orders. The information we collect includes your name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number. We do not buy or sell personal information. Your wish to delete your information You may also request that we remove any personal information we have about you. Reasons for using
your personal information When we process personal information for the purposes explained in this policy, we use our interests in maintaining customer relationships. We also need to save invoices for tax reasons for 7 years.

Your personal information is stored for the specified purposes as mentioned above in a lockable archive (paper form) and in our administrative data system. Security should be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure our privacy policy.

You are always welcome to hear your questions and concerns. You are entitled to know what personal information we are dealing with about you. You also have the right to have incorrect personal information about you corrected and you may in some cases ask us to delete your personal information
